Balik Farm is a unique blend of culinary expertise and artistic inspiration. We want to share this passion by opening up Balik's world of the senses to visitors.
With dedication and hard work, the Balik factory, nestled in the bucolic hills of Toggenburg, produces a gastronomic gem day after day. Just like at the court of the Russian Tsar, the fish of kings is prepared according to an ancient recipe that is kept secret and then shipped all over the world.
At Balik's farm, every step is done by hand, making each piece exceptional.

We offer guided tours, by reservation only, from January to November, for a maximum of 15 people.
The visit of the Balik farm includes :
- A visit of the factory
- A visit of the recording studio
- The discovery of the history of Balik
If you book in advance and from 6 people, you can enjoy either a Balik aperitif in the farm store or a Balik menu or Tavolata in the exclusive and enchanting atmosphere of the Kästner room.
